Welcome to 7xGrow. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including SEO, Web Development, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Email Marketing. By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
01. Introduction
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
02. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
- check_circle "Company" (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to 7xGrow.
- check_circle "Client" refers to the individual or entity accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
- check_circle "Service" refers to the digital marketing, development, and consulting services provided by the Company.
03. Services Provided
7xGrow provides a comprehensive suite of digital services. The specific scope of work will be detailed in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Proposal document provided to the Client.
Search engine optimization strategies, content creation, and keyword analysis.
Custom website design, frontend and backend development, and maintenance.
Management of Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn campaigns.
Newsletter campaigns, automation flows, and list management.
04. Client Obligations
To ensure the timely and successful completion of services, the Client agrees to:
- fiber_manual_record Provide all necessary access to website CMS, analytics accounts, and advertising platforms.
- fiber_manual_record Furnish all text, images, and other media content required for the project in a timely manner.
- fiber_manual_record Designate a single point of contact who will have the authority to make decisions regarding the project.
- fiber_manual_record Review and provide feedback on deliverables within 5 business days of receipt.
05. Payment & Invoicing
Invoices will be issued electronically. Unless otherwise stated in the SOW, payment terms are Net 15 days from the date of invoice.
For recurring services (such as SEO or Ad Management), payments are due at the beginning of the service month. 7xGrow reserves the right to pause services if payment is more than 7 days overdue.
Late Fees
A late fee of 1.5% per month may be applied to any outstanding balances after the due date.
06. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the Client shall own all rights, title, and interest in the final deliverables created specifically for the Client. 7xGrow retains the right to use the completed project and any preliminary designs for the purpose of design competitions, future publications on design, educational purposes, and the marketing of 7xGrow services.
07. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall 7xGrow, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
08. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice.
- fiber_manual_record By Client: If the client terminates the contract before work is completed, the client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.
- fiber_manual_record By Company: We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.
